Nice work, only thing I would say to do different is machine the od of the honed tube to be concentric with the Id before gripping it and machining the detail for the gland nut, if the gland nut is off centre to the honed bore it will side load the spear and seals causing an internal bypass and shortened lifespan, same goes for welding the port fittings on, press an aluminium plug into the bore below the port hole before you weld the fitting on to minimise distortion of the bore
